Saying "I love you" to many people is easy. That's because people often don't stop to think about what saying "I love you" really means.
To love a person means to love what he really is, with his flaws and qualities, and not to love with reservations, already thinking about the things one would like to change in him. To love is to accept, and to say "I love you" is to say "I accept you," without expectations of perfection, and without the pressure to think that one must be perfect.
To say "I love you" is to say that I want to be by your side, whatever happens, and for a long, long time. That is to say, I will be with you at the best and worst times, and I will give you the support you always need.
Saying "I love you" means that I will take care of our love, and I will fight for it, and do as much as possible for it to last and be good.
Saying "I love you" means that I think of you, I dream of you, and I want you in my life.
And knowing everything that means "I love you," I say for sure today: I LOVE YOU! with your mouth full. For me, this day is marked as a special day: the day of our first "I love you" of many and many who will come ahead between us.
